The C11 Truck

Europe’s first solar-powered mobile recovery room.

Two Avantopool ice baths, compression and percussion recovery, sports massage and nutrition. Fully self-sufficient and set up at your pitch, event or office. The same kit we run for Munster Rugby and Basketball Ireland.

Partnered with

Official Recovery Partner of Munster Rugby and Basketball Ireland.

What's on board

A full recovery room, on wheels.

Everything a professional recovery set-up needs, without the venue having to supply anything. Solar powered with a silent generator as back-up, its own water and filtration, and an awning for cover. We need a flat space and nothing else.
Chilled, filtered plunges running side by side, so athletes get straight in one after another without waiting on ice.

Compression and percussion

Hyperice Normatec compression boots and massage guns for the queue between plunges, and for anyone who does not want to go cold.

Sports massage

Hands-on treatment from our team on the day, for the players who need more than a plunge.

Nutrition

Recovery nutrition on board, so athletes can refuel while they cool down.

Who it's for

Built for match day, race day and every day.

01

Teams and clubs

Post-match and post-training recovery at your own ground. Inter-county, provincial and professional squads use it as their recovery room away from home.

02

Events and races

Marathons, triathlons, cycling and endurance events. A finish-line recovery zone that participants remember your event for.

03

Golf

Club days, pro-ams and tournaments. Short, sharp cold sessions and compression between rounds for backs and legs that have walked 36 holes.

04

Hyrox and fitness

Competition-day recovery for Hyrox, CrossFit and fitness events, where athletes are back on the floor within hours.

05

Corporate wellness

A recovery day in your car park. Book the truck for staff wellbeing days, launches and summer events, with our team running every session.

06

Brand activations

A recovery zone with your name on it. We have run co-branded set-ups with Represent 24/7 and Hyperice at flagship events.
A dark grey van and a white van, both branded with C11 Recovery Systems, parked side by side in a large car park in front of Croke Park stadium on All-Ireland Final weekend.

Why C11

Run by the people who built it.

C11 started with a single plunge in the boot of a car and now supplies and runs recovery for some of the biggest sporting organisations in Ireland. The truck is staffed by our own team, so the people setting up on the day know the kit, the protocols and how to keep a queue of athletes moving.
We are an Official Recovery Partner of Munster Rugby and Basketball Ireland, and the truck has worked All-Ireland Final weekend at Croke Park.

Questions

The practical stuff.

01

How much space do you need?

A flat, level area roughly the size of three car parking spaces, with room to open the awning on one side. Grass, tarmac and concrete are all fine.

02

Do you need power or water on site?

No. The truck runs on solar with a silent generator as back-up and carries its own water and filtration. If a venue has a hook-up we can use it, but nothing is required.

03

How many people can go through in a session?

It depends on session length and how you split time between the ice baths, compression and massage. Tell us your numbers and the window you have and we will tell you honestly what fits.

04

How far do you travel?

Ireland-wide. We regularly work in Dublin, Munster and Connacht, and can quote for Northern Ireland and the UK.

05

Who runs the sessions?

C11 staff travel with the truck and run every session, including water temperature, timing and supervision. You do not need to provide anyone.

06

How far in advance should we book?

As early as you can for events. For team recovery we can often move within a few days. Send the date and we will confirm availability straight away.
