Infrared 100 Sauna

We started looking at saunas in earnest in around May. My wife and I love to attend saunas across Ireland but in early summer we started giving real thought to owning our own. We both did a load of research, and finally settled on a shape we both loved. We reached out to a number of suppliers, but C11recovery were quickest and clearest with responses. Aideen was fantastic every step of the way.Because space was tight, we opted for a 160x220cm Cube Sauna, with 9 kW Harvia WiFi heater. (We already had the right power set-up in place - most homes won’t, and the company offers a service to address this too.) It comfortably fits 3 people and can accommodate up to two more I would say. Having the ability to time the warmup (about 20 minutes) is a real benefit. The Avantopool plunge is somewhat higher than I had initially expected, but we have found it comfortable to get in and out of. It’s cooled and ventilated by a ventilation unit which takes up a bit of room behind it. The unit works incredibly quickly, and again is WiFi enabled.The sauna and plunge pool arrived sooner than expected, so we have been able to enjoy summer saunas, which has been great. A couple of teething issues have been resolved extremely quickly and my impression of this company is that they REALLY care about their customers. They came back several times to fix minor issues for us.A sauna is not a small purchase, but the care, attention to detail and overall service we have received has been second to none.One point to note. The company works on a 100% payment upfront basis. At first this concerned me; but Aideen’s regular check-ins and overall communications approach addressed my concerns very well. The fact that it arrived earlier than expected was also a massive help.I’d recommend Aideen, Ryan, Paul and co. without hesitation! Looking forward to many long years of use from our new sauna and plunge pool.

I can’t recommend C11 enough. I was shopping around for a while for a Sauna/Ice Bath combo. They made the whole process so easy from start to finish. Delighted with the finished product.

Found C11 through a basic search for local companies that provided or had cold immersion tubs. They had the best price and were extremely prompt with their response. With a couple emails and WhatsApp messages we had the Kino Plus delivered and installed extremely quickly. Ryan, Aideen, and Killian were awesome, and we will definitely be ordering from them again. I highly recommend C11 if looking for a cold immersion tub or anything recovery related.
